Partnership Program Terms & Conditions

The Program is an invitation-based partnership. Acceptance, continued participation, and any compensation arrangement are at our discretion. Participation is non-exclusive for both sides, and nothing in the Program guarantees earnings, campaigns, product, or renewal.

You must be 18 or older, or have a parent or legal guardian (18+) accept these terms and own the PayPal account that receives payments. You must provide accurate information in your application and keep it current — in particular your PayPal email, which is our only payment method.

Compensation differs by creator and by campaign, and may include one or more of: sales commissions from tracking links, fixed amounts per order, product provided in exchange for content ("product for post"), flat sponsorship fees, or a combination. Not every participant receives commissions, and not every participant receives direct payment. The specific arrangement offered to you — communicated in writing when you are approved or invited to a campaign — is the arrangement that applies. No compensation is owed for activity outside a written arrangement.

Commissions are earned on qualifying purchases made on a participating brand's own web store within 30 days of a click on your tracking link, with credit to the most recent creator link clicked. The commission base is the product subtotal after discounts, excluding shipping and taxes.

Commissions mature 30 days after the sale (to allow for returns) and are paid on the 1st of the following month. Balances under $10 roll forward. Refunded orders reduce or reverse commissions; refunds after payment create a negative balance offset against future earnings. Excluded from commissions: subscription renewals (first order pays), wholesale/B2B orders, gift card purchases, and sales on marketplaces or in-app checkouts (e.g., Amazon, TikTok Shop), which have their own programs.

All cash payments are made exclusively via PayPal to the email you provide (store credit may be offered as an alternative by agreement). You are an independent contractor — not an employee, agent, or partner — and you are solely responsible for your taxes. Payment processors such as PayPal may issue you tax forms (e.g., 1099-K) where required.

When we provide product in exchange for content, the agreed deliverables and deadline will be stated in writing. If you do not deliver the agreed content by the deadline, we may require you to return the product in unused condition or pay its full retail value, and we may withhold other Program payments until resolved. Provided product is for your use in creating content and may not be resold. Product ownership transfers only when the agreed content is delivered.

Your content connected to the Program must be truthful, must not make unsubstantiated product or health claims, and must not disparage ZenPro Pets brands. Because our brands exist for animal wellbeing: content featuring our products must depict humane, species-appropriate care. We may decline, pause, or end a partnership over animal-welfare concerns at our sole discretion.

You must clearly disclose your material connection to ZenPro Pets in every piece of content that includes your tracking links, provided product, or paid promotion — for example #ad, #sponsored, or a clear spoken/written statement, placed where viewers will see it, per the FTC's Endorsement Guides. You are responsible for compliance, and you agree to correct or remove non-compliant content promptly when asked.

Without our prior written approval, you may not:

• Run paid search or social ads targeting our brand names or trademarks (e.g., bidding on "Zen Habitats"), or direct such traffic through your links;
• Post your links or any promotional codes on coupon, deal, or cashback sites;
• Distribute links via spam, bots, incentivized clicking, or misleading placements;
• Use cookie-stuffing, forced clicks, or any technique that claims credit for traffic you did not genuinely refer;
• Present yourself as an employee or official account of any ZenPro Pets brand.

Personal purchases through your own link are permitted in moderation; abuse may be treated as fraud.

You own your content. You grant ZenPro Pets a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to repost and share content you create featuring our products or the Program — with attribution to you — on our websites, social channels, and marketing materials. If you want content excluded from this license, tell us in writing and we will honor it going forward.

We may provide logos, product images, and other assets. Use them as provided, without alteration, only in connection with the Program. This is a revocable license; all trademarks remain ours.

The Program works through tracking links and cookies that record clicks and attribute purchases. By participating you consent to this tracking and to our processing of the information you provide. We never share your earnings information with other creators.

Either party may end participation at any time, with or without cause. Validly earned commissions are paid on the normal schedule after termination. If your participation is terminated for fraud or material breach of these terms, unpaid commissions and pending compensation are forfeited, and product-for-post obligations in Section 6 survive.

We may update the Program or these terms. Material changes will be communicated (email or your creator dashboard), and continued participation after notice constitutes acceptance. The commission terms in effect at the time of a sale govern that sale.

You agree to indemnify ZenPro Pets against claims arising from your content or your breach of these terms. The Program is provided "as is"; our total liability related to the Program is limited to amounts owed to you under it. These terms, together with any written campaign or compensation agreements (which control over these terms where they conflict), are the entire agreement, governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Program that cannot be resolved informally will be settled by binding arbitration in Massachusetts, administered by the American Arbitration Association under its rules, with judgment on the award enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction. Each party bears its own costs, and disputes are arbitrated individually, not as part of a class action.
